We’re looking for hard working career-minded cell phone repair technicians to offer professional, competitive, and best in class customer service in a fast paced, friendly environment.
***Will provide training***
***No direct cell phone repair experience necessary, but preferred***
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Professional, organized work habits (must be on time, organized work space, etc.)
- Electronic technical and troubleshooting skills (handling, disassembly/reassembly of computers, GPS’s, iPods, video/amateur radio equipment, or cell phones)
- Understanding of cell phone industry and handsets and ability to discuss with customers
- Computer and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while paying close attention to details
- Previous technical experience in the wireless industry is not necessary, but preferable
- Pay is based on experience, skills, and performance. Pay range from $8/hr to $16/hr. including possible performance bonuses
- No smoking, no noticeable tattoos or piercings
