Kids cracked the IPAD 2 Screen. I called Collin on 11/21/12 and he invited me right in. He ended up following up with my wife on the repair and the whole experience was really great. The service after the initial repair was really great and professional. I rate the service here as TOP NOTCH. The IPAD works like it came out of the new box.

I originally took my iPad 2 to fix a cracked screen to the 1st place that came up on a search. After paying $150 I tried it at home and the wifi wasn't working. Brought it back to the original guy, spent another $50, when I got home, no wifi, home button didn't work, and the screen was coming off! I was fuming! I took it to George at the Alpharetta store , for a lot less that I had spent, with brand new screen, new wifi and everything working, and looking great! Thanks George, I will use your services again!

I went to Bob Knows Phones last week to fix my old iPhone 3G. I messed up an Itunes update and not only deleted all the data on my phone but deleted the operating system. George was unbelievable and went way beyond the call of duty to get my droid x phone glass and digitizer replaced. ubreakifix( mansell road location) over promised and underdelivered on my droid. george and his wife CAME TO THE RESCUE. ubreakifixed said they ordered the part 3 days in advance...and made my phone unable to work the top part of the phone and was unable to call out for a half a day until george resolved my problem at bob's and got my phone operable again. kudo's to george and his crew!

Thanks to my special friends at DATA SAVERS, LLC., (who salvaged ALL of my crucial data from my crashed MacBook) because they were the ones who referred me to the guys at BOB KNOWS PHONES... and I will be forever grateful!!! My iPhone 4 took an unfortunate dive into the porcelain bowl four weeks ago; I immediately retrieved it, powered it off, dried it, and placed it in a ziplock bag filled with rice and my prayers. Four days later, I pulled it out with high hopes that it would power back on, but it only powered up to the dreaded "recovery mode". I took it to the Apple Store at Perimeter; the Peach Mac store; and the AT&T store... all to no avail. I was sent home each time with an inoperable phone and no data. I lost EVERYTHING because I didn't back up my phone to my MacBook (see my early comment about my crashed Mac & Data Savers). Out of desperation, I called Data Savers and begged for help... enter BOB KNOWS PHONES. I ended up working with an incredibly knowledgeable fellow named COLLIN who -- in my honest opinion -- is nothing short of a CELLULAR GOD. Within just two hours, and a mere $50.00 later, Collin was able to accurately diagnose AND REPAIR my iPhone 4!!! I AM THRILLED BEYOND WORDS!!!!!!! Granted, I realize that no one can ever guarantee a full recovery on a damaged smartphone, but luckily, BOB KNOWS PHONES and *I* NOW KNOW BOB! I cannot gush enough accolades about these guys... they were all very polite, professional, impressively knowledgeable, affordable and HONEST!!! "The Bobs" replaced my cracked screen a month ago and today they fixed my microphone on my iPhone 4, both times with great customer service and in a timely fashion. Such great guys to work with and they know their stuff. I highly recommend The Bobs!

I wondered why I would ever need a cell phone repair shop. Well I found out this week when verizon couldnt fix my cell ph and told me I had no insurance and had to pay full retail for a replacement and was told Im not due for an upgrade until December. Sound familiar? They were more than willing to sell me a new phone though with all the accompanying extras ie case, recharger etc. Bob's to the rescue. George and Bernard fixed my phone. Thanks guys.
